A T!M weekend

Finally had time to start to work on Tim Holtz twelve days of Xmas tags.

Here are my versions of Day 1 & 2.
I have been using standard tags from Smiths but these are just too small. Will need to either buy some #8 or cut some !!

Day two came out the best. The florishes are done using white embossing powder as I could not find suitable rub offs...Although this meant that the black of the trees became slightly over done as being heated a second time.


Last weekend was my parents 60th Wedding Party !
A wonderful evening enjoyed by all with an Elvis
impersonator. At last I was able to produce my main 2008 project. A fabric art book of my parent's life which letters from their familly members and friends.
