The weekend !

Friday took the day off to go shopping for suit for Karen's wedding. Although I selected something from Ann Harvey's DH said it was not great and talked me into buying a suit he liked from Box2 by mail order. Package should arrive on Tuesday :)

Also made an appointment for my hair... went mad and got the length cut.... :( Lady was a little scissor happy & it is a lot shorter than I first thought ! It does not look too bad ..... but I will be growing it out. She had added layers , but I now look like Mum !

Saturday joined my friends Liz, Lesley and Sheila for a day in London. We visited the Opus exhibtion of textile art then on to the Royal Accadamy to see the TURKS exhibiton. Another good one. Liz and I queued for ages to get in !! Bought the catalogue - which is LARGE book as there were so many interesting items !

Sunday , mulled around getting the washing done. Stitched on Lesley's RR .... then worked on the memory pillow forLEG meeting !!!

Yesterday took DH's cards down.... as his birthday was week or so ago !
DH said he was sad that only four people remembered his birthday. He recieved cards from Me, his Mum, His aunt and my Mum.....
Make me wonder if I should send cards to my sister's DH or friends etc !!! ???
