An Eggplant Morning !
Been considering the Quilting Arts challenge about true colour. My favourite colour is purple. This brought me to think about egg plant. Made a few sketches in the small book which lives in my handbag. This morning I used some lino to cut a egg plant shape which I then started to stamp on paper... Then I started to machine stitch the shapes. then stitch the shapes on to hand made paper.

Loved seeing the progression with the eggplant! It is always a good sign when another artist inspires you to want to do it too...as you have done for me. Thanks! Now if I can only find the time!
